Contact us before choosing another product. For wholesale orders, additional quantities can often be produced specifically for your order.
The stock shown in the Babyproducts.eu B2B store and in our XML product feed reflects the actual number of products physically available in our warehouse at that time.
Our warehouse is planned to ensure smooth day-to-day dropshipping fulfilment while avoiding unnecessary overproduction and excessively large stock levels.
This means that a low quantity shown online does not necessarily mean that only this number of pieces can be supplied for a wholesale order.
As the manufacturer, we continuously produce new quantities and replenish the warehouse as products are sold.
Dropshipping stock vs. wholesale orders
Both models use the same warehouse, but larger wholesale purchases may require additional production.
Dropshipping orders
Our warehouse stock is continuously planned to support smooth fulfilment of regular dropshipping orders while avoiding the need to manufacture unnecessarily large quantities in advance.
Wholesale orders
Larger wholesale orders may require us to produce an additional batch. If the current stock is too low, contact us and we will check our production schedule and confirm what quantity can be prepared. Before payment, we can also verify and optimise the shipping cost for the complete wholesale order.
Temporary unavailability does not always mean the product cannot be ordered

Our own production in Poland
We manufacture our products ourselves and continuously replenish our stock. A product may temporarily disappear from availability simply because the current warehouse quantity has been sold.
If the product is still part of our current production, we can check when the next quantity can be prepared.
Where possible, we can then increase the available quantity in our B2B store or reactivate the temporarily unavailable product so that you can place your wholesale order.

Our B2B system is primarily configured to calculate shipping for individual dropshipping orders. For larger wholesale orders, the automatically calculated shipping cost may therefore be higher than the actual cost.
Why can the system show a higher shipping cost?
The platform may calculate several products as separate dropshipping parcels, while in a wholesale order we can often combine them into fewer or larger cartons.
This means that the automatically calculated shipping cost can be higher than necessary.
We verify and reduce the shipping cost
For larger wholesale orders, please wait for our shipping-cost verification before making the payment.
We check the most efficient packing method and, where possible, recalculate and reduce the shipping cost. You can then pay the corrected order amount.
One collective VAT invoice per month
We use monthly collective invoicing for B2B customers. Individual VAT invoices are not issued separately for each order or shipment.
One invoice covering all orders from the month
At the end of the monthly billing period, we issue one collective VAT invoice covering all orders placed during that month and send it electronically. This simplifies cooperation and reduces unnecessary paperwork.
Wholesale order preparation: approximately 1 week
Larger wholesale orders are usually prepared within approximately one week. The exact preparation time depends on the products, quantities and current production schedule. If more time is required, we will inform you.
