Shipping Costs
We ship B2B and dropshipping orders throughout the European Union with DPD and DHL. Shipping costs depend on the destination, actual parcel weight and volumetric weight.

DPD and DHL use different volumetric-weight rules
Both carriers calculate the shipping charge using either the actual parcel weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
DPD
The higher of the actual weight and volumetric weight is used for pricing.
Volumetric-weight formula Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000
DHL
DHL also uses the higher of the actual weight and volumetric weight.

Cash on delivery – DHL
Cash on delivery is available for all supported DHL countries. The additional COD charge is 7.10 EUR net.
DHL Connect delivery
In Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Sweden, the recipient collects the parcel from a local DHL eCommerce Partner point. The parcel remains available for collection for approximately 5–15 calendar days depending on the country. In other supported countries, DHL normally makes one delivery attempt and may then redirect the parcel to a local collection point.
